IEEE TrustCom-BigDataSE-ISPA-2015 offers two different registration packages – Authors and Non-Authors. Authors need to fill out the paper ID (EasyChair number) and their paper title. Also select which event your paper is submitted to.

Author’s Package (Thursday Aug 20 – Saturday Aug 22)

The prices of each registration package for Authors and Non-Authors are listed in the tables below. All prices are full prices in EUR (€) (The conference fee is free of VAT).

Authors' Registration

Deadline for Authors registration is June 30, 2015! Papers will be published only, if one of its authors has registered by June 30.

Non-Authors' Registration June-August

Additional items

• Extra paper fee 100€ - if you submit more than two papers a fee of 100 EUR will be charged for any additional papers up to five
• Extra long paper fee 100€ - if your conference paper exceeds 8 pages or your workshop paper exceeds 6 pages by max 1 or 2 extra pages
• Conference Dinner Ticket 100€ for non-authors and accompanying persons (Friday August 22, 2015) can be ordered separately. Dinner is included in the Author’s registration by June 30.

Special rates for students

University students are eligible for special rates as shown in the tables above. This includes all levels of university degrees, including bachelors, masters, and doctoral students. All participants who will register as students must submit an official certificate of their student status given by their university to registration-trustcom2015@aalto.fi.

• Fill out the form carefully. The names and organization will be printed on the conference badge as filled in the form
• The form adapts to the choices you make, generating valid options for you to fill in, as well as handles the payment
• A confirmation of received registration will be sent by email when the registration form is received. Your participation is confirmed only when the full payment is made
• In the registration all delegates must confirm which days and social events the registered person will attend. This information must be given regardless of the selected registration package, role in the conference, or compensations

Payment methods

The available payment methods are the following:

  Please use the participant’s reference number (17 numbers) when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown as you chose bank transfer as payment. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration.
  IMPORTANT – make sure that the reference number appears on the reference field and your name on the message field of the bank transfer.

Cancellations of registration

Cancellations should be done by email to the IEEE TrustCom-BigDataSE-ISPA-2015 conference secretary registration-trustcom2015@aalto.fi. For cancellations made before June 30th 2015, 100 % of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations made between July 1st 2015 and July 20th 2015, 50% of the fees will be refunded. No fees will be refunded for cancellations made after July 21st 2015. A processing fee of 50€ will be deducted from all refunds. Reimbursement will not be given for late arrival, unused services, unattended events or early departure from the congress. Replacement of participant is accepted by August 15th for an extra charge of 50€. Please note that in case of denial of visa application, the same cancellation and refund policies apply as for other cancellations. Please also note that no-show does not constitute cancellation.

• Do I need a visa to enter Finland? Citizens of some countries are required to apply for a visa to enter Finland. Please visit the Finnish Immigration Service for detailed visa information
• Can I get an official invitation letter? Yes, we will mail or fax an official invitation letter to registered authors upon a request
