Author and Paper Registration:
To be included in proceedings, accepted papers and at least one of the authors must register and pay a registration fee by June 18, when the papers are handed over to the publishers.
Extra page charges apply to over-length papers.
Payment:
Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Master Card) or against invoice. An invoicing fee of EUR 14 will be added. Any bank charges will be the responsibility of the attendee.
Cancellations and Refund Policy:
For registrations cancelled by June 28, 2017, full refund of the registration fee (deduction of an administrative fee of EUR 50).
For registrations cancelled after June 28, 2017, no refunds will be made.

Registration fees:
All fees include participation in all 3 Conferences and the Workshops organized in conjunction with the conferences, proceedings on flash, conference materials, a gift, catering during the conference and the City Hall reception on day 1. All fees, except student non-author fees, include the Gala Dinner on the second day of the conference.
